About PayPal
We use PayPal for our ecommerce transactions. If you already have an
account with PayPal, it is easy to pay for items with your account. If you
do not have an account with PayPal, you can still use a credit card to make
your purchases. There is no requirement to have a PayPal account to make
purchases from SweetPersimmon.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped within two business days after receipt of your
order. Unless you request otherwise, your order will be shipped Priority
Mail U. S Postal Service or DHL Express. PayPal automatically calculates your
shipping charges and adds them to your order total.
Shipments to Canada require a quote, which we will
provide. For shipping outside mainland U.S. and Canada, call for a quote.

Back Orders
We do everything possible to avoid back orders. But if an item is back
ordered longer than 30 days, we will notify you with your options. You may
cancel your order any time by contacting us. There will be no additional
shipping charges for back-ordered items.
Returns and Guarantee
We pledge to give you the best possible service and value. We want our
return procedure to be easy and hassle-free. You may return items you
purchase from SweetPersimmon within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Repackage the item (s), include a copy of your invoice and a note explaining
the reason for the return, and how we can help (replacement, exchange,
credit, etc.). Please note that non-defective merchandise being returned
must be unused and in original packaging. Send the package to: Sweet

result of our error, we will refund your return shipping charges.
